At Drybeck Farm, every space tells a story. From handcrafted shepherd’s huts and tree-fringed yurts to restored gypsy caravans and timber cabins, our accommodation blends comfort with wild beauty.
Each unit has been lovingly designed to sit lightly on the land, using natural materials, eco-conscious touches, and a deep respect for the surrounding landscape.
Whether you’re curled up beside the wood burner or soaking in your private hot tub under the stars, you’ll feel the stillness of Eden Valley all around you.

Hot Tub Tending Service

If you’d rather not manage the hot tub yourself, we offer an optional Hot Tub Tending Service. Our team will keep it clean, topped up, and at the perfect temperature, so it’s always ready when you are — day or night. All firewood is included.
Service includes:
– Regular checks, cleaning & refilling
– Temperature maintained for your stay
– All logs provided + 1 extra bag

Back-to-Nature Camping
Unplug, unwind, and pitch up in peace.
For those who prefer the quiet charm of traditional camping, Drybeck Farm now offers a dedicated riverside field — a meadow untouched by noise, crowds or concrete. With only 10 spacious pitches, this is camping the way it used to be: wild at heart, simple by design.
Bring your own tent or a small campervan (under 6 metres) and settle in beneath the open sky. There’s no reception, no Wi-Fi, and no shop — just birdsong, starlight, and the River Eden a few paces from your door.
Each pitch has its own fire pit, and there’s room for children to roam, explore, and reconnect with nature. Facilities are intentionally low-impact: two compost loos, a hot outdoor shower, and a sink for washing up — all included in your pitch fee.
We welcome well-behaved dogs, with a small additional charge. All we ask is that owners read and follow our simple rules to help keep the site safe, peaceful, and pristine.
This is more than a place to stay. It’s a place to exhale.
